  What Is Cloud Computing?

Cloud Computing continues to rise as it facilitates the accessibility of vigilance, distribute/store data, and retrieve data through a variety of models and services. The flexibility and remote access of the cloud attracts companies due to its convenience plus adjustable capacity of users on the network. The services provided by the cloud allow for utilization of the cloud based on the demand of the provider rising in popularity. 

How is Cloud Computing Currently Used ?

The current use of Cloud Computing has transformed the way businesses store, process, and access data. Because the cloud is used totally remotely, cloud providers provide a minimal service interface that encompasses both hardware and software accessibility. The three cloud computing paradigms are software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and infrastructure as a service (IaaS). SaaS software is used in conjunction with an Application Service Provider, through which customers release their apps, allowing access from clients or businesses. PaaS as a platform enables cloud customers to quickly develop cloud services and applications on the PaaS cloud, enabling the integration of services on a single operating system. IaaS, as an infrastructure, is concerned with the delivery of hardware-based services. 

Does Cloud Computing Provide Enough Security?

As businesses increasingly use cloud servers to gather, preserve, and monitor data, safeguarding this data can be difficult. Because of the cloud's accessibility, security risks and ethical considerations such as privacy might arise. Increased "on demand application usage" increases the likelihood of cyber-attacks since users must continually submit identifying material, culminating in identity theft. Implementing techniques to mitigate the risk of cyber-attacks, such as data encryption, limiting data access to service providers, and data backup to make data retrieval more accessible in the event of a loss. 

Aspects of Privacy 

The Public Cloud is open to a wide number of users and is monitored by a third party; the Private Cloud is a more secure arrangement. A Private Cloud is only available to a specified audience that is managed by the administration or a third-party supplier. Man in the Middle Attacks (MITM) are an example of an attack within the cloud of the service, SaaS, in which an attacker intervenes in a dialogue between an operator and a customer with the purpose of collecting the data being sent. It is customary for cloud service providers to claim that data invested in the cloud is extremely secure, yet in some circumstances, the data has been changed or misplaced due to a security breach.
